This service is intended for employees and retirees of the City of Fort Worth (members of the Fund) to send documents to the Fund. 
If you have a public information request, please send it to tracie.middleton@fwretirement.org.

Click on the name of the Member Services Specialist you have been working with to submit your documents online through a secure, encrypted email system. 

To send a secure email to another retirement fund staff member you may put "https://sendsafe.to/" before their email address in a web browser. Example: https://sendsafe.to/firstname.lastname@fwretirement.org
