We are making a video about your retirement plan!

All Retirement Fund members -- active and retired -- are invited to take part in a video promoting your defined benefit retirement plan. The video will be used to educate the community about the importance of a retirement plan that allows its members to retire with a secure income so that they can continue to give back to the community -- as volunteers, taxpayers and consumers!

Should you choose to participate (and we hope you will!), you will be asked to finish the following question on camera:
"My retirement is meaningful to my life because it allows me to . . . "

Media production students from Southwest High School are producing the video and will film at the following locations and times (Fund staff will also be there):

Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2017
9 to 11 a.m.                 Fire Station #2, 1000 Cherry Street
11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.    Bob Bolen Public Safety Complex Studio, 505 W. Felix St.
2 to 4 p.m.                   Stockyard's Museum, 131 E. Exchange Ave.

Thursday, Jan. 12, 2017
9 a.m. to Noon            Trinity Park, Pavilion #1, 2247 W. 7th Street
1 to 4 p.m.                   Botanic Gardens Conservatory, 3220 Botanic Gardens Blvd
