Places 4 and 6 Retirement Fund Board election Ongoing Until Aug. 15
Elections for Places 4 and 6 on the Fund Board of Trustees are in progress and go through Aug. 15, 2018.
Place 4 represents active Employee Group D (Aviation, Code Compliance, Economic Development, IT Solutions, Library, Neighborhood Services, Park & Recreation, Public Events, Transportation & Public Works and non-Civil Services fire personnel). Place 6 represents Retiree Group D, retired Civil Service police.
This election is being administered through a third-party election service, Election-America. Election ballots have been sent to every eligible voter within Place 4 and Place 6. The election will be fully automated and eligible members will be able to vote by mail, e-mail or telephone. Full voting instructions, including biographies of each candidate, are included on the ballot. Eligible voters who have e-mail addresses on file will also receive e-mail notices of the election, which will include links to candidate bios and the e-mail voting site.
